Licensing Agreement
GRAPHICS & BACKGROUNDS ASSETS
1. Scope of Use - Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the assets in both personal and commercial projects. This includes use in digital and print media.
2. Modifications - You may modify the assets to better fit your project needs. No attribution is required for using or modifying the assets.
3. Redistribution - Redistribution of the assets as standalone files is not permitted. You may utilize the assets in your projects, but they should not be the primary value of the project (e.g., you can use them in a website design, but you cannot sell the assets as a pack).
4. Attribution - No attribution is required when using the assets in your projects.
5. Exclusive Rights - The icons are provided on a non-exclusive basis. This means other users can also purchase and use the same assets.
6. Warranty and Liability - The assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The creator is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the assets.
7. License Duration - The license is perpetual, meaning it does not expire and does not need to be renewed.
8. Termination - This license can be terminated if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the assets and delete all copies in your possession.
9. Additional Permissions or Restrictions - You may not use the assets in a way that is unlawful or infringes on the rights of others. The assets may not be used in any projects that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
10. Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
11. Permitted Installations and Uses - The assets may be installed on up to two devices. If you need to install the assets on more devices, an Extended Commercial License must be purchased. You may use the assets to create designs for third parties, provided those third parties are subject to the same restrictions.
12. One Backup Copy - You may keep a single backup copy of the assets, which must not be accessed by others.
13. Service Providers - You can transfer a single copy of the purchased assets to a service provider (e.g., a printer) for a specific job. The service provider must delete the assets upon completion of the job.
14. Refunds - Assets may be exchanged only if functionally defective. Refund claims must be made within one week of purchase and must include proof of purchase.
15. Embedding Assets - You are permitted to embed the assets in documents (e.g., PDFs) for personal or commercial use, provided the document is not for sale and distribution does not exceed 10,000 instances (standard commercial) or 250,000 (extended commercial). For larger distributions or items for resale, additional licenses must be purchased. Please contact us.
16. Restrictions - You may not use the assets to create trademarks/logos without modification, use them in "print-on-demand" services, or in illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory material. The assets must not be made available for download or shared electronically.
17. Additional License Extensions - For uses beyond standard terms, such as large volume commercial use or AI training, additional license extensions must be purchased.
18. Intellectual Property - The assets remain the intellectual property of the creator. Your purchase grants you usage rights but not ownership of the assets.
19. Design Credit - If your project includes credits (e.g., films), you must credit the creator.
20. Compliance with Laws - You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the use of the assets.
21. Revocation of Warranties - The assets are provided without warranties of any kind. The creator is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the assets.
22. Limit of Liability - The creator’s liability is limited to the replacement cost of the assets. They are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
23. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify the creator from any third-party claims related to your use of the assets.
24. General - This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the creator. It supersedes any prior agreements or communications. Any amendments must be in writing.
